Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure that all details are accurate to avoid delays.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If the package cannot be delivered due to unavailability, it will be returned to us.
Kindly ensure you provide a complete address, including ZIP code and a valid mobile number for smooth delivery.
Please note that orders returned due to non-availability are not eligible for refunds, re-shipment, or credit notes.
