How do I take care of my products?

All products are

  • Dry clean only, no handwash or machine wash
  • No tumble dry
  • No steam iron/flat iron on embroidery or polymer strips.
How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive message with a tracking number.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

We accept payment via all leading debit and credit cards, Should you face any issues while transacting, please feel free to contact us on the helpline number given  and our representatives will be happy to assist.

Is my payment secure?

We process your payments via secured & verified payment gateways. We assure you that the process is 100% safe and secure.

My transaction failed; I received a payment gateway error message. Please help.

Is there cash on delivery?

Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are on full advance payment.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

The order once placed cannot to cancelled in any situations. 

How long does it take for the product to be delivered?

All our domestic/Pan India  orders take approximately 12-15 working days only.

What are the domestic shipping charges?

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping.

Does the pricing include GST?

Yes, all the prices are inclusive of the GST.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at shop.kanthara@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.

Can I exchange my order?

All products are hand embroidered and made to order - we don’t accept any returns and exchange only in case of size issue(though all our pieces have enough margins inside so that it can be easily altered).  However we can assist you for alterations, if notified within 48 hours of receiving the product.
