Exchange Policy
At Kanthara, we are committed to creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality pieces that reflect our dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability. Each item is made with care once your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and minimize our environmental footprint.
Because of this mindful approach, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try a different style or color, we encourage you to place a new order. Your understanding supports our effort to create fashion that is both beautiful and responsible.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
Your purchase from Kanthara may be eligible for exchange based on the following guidelines:

Exchanges are only applicable for size-related concerns and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.

Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.

Customized pieces and bulk orders are not eligible for exchange.

International orders cannot be exchanged.

Gifts purchased online are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your purchase meets Kanthara’s exchange criteria, please get in touch with our customer care team within 7 days of delivery through any of the following channels:

For damage or quality concerns, kindly share your order number, date of purchase, delivery address, and clear images of the defective item along with its original packaging.
For size-related exchanges, please also mention the size purchased, the issue faced with the fit, and the size you would prefer instead.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

In Case of Quality Issues or Defects
If you receive a product with a quality issue or defect, please ensure it is securely packed in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags, labels, and any additional items included with your purchase.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. If it meets our inspection standards, a replacement piece will be dispatched to you within our standard delivery timelines.
In the unlikely event that a replacement is unavailable, a credit note equivalent to the full value of the product will be issued.
Credit notes can be redeemed on the Kanthara website as well as in-store.
In Case of Size Exchange for Garments
Please pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the invoice, tags, labels, and any other items included with your purchase.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it meets our standards and the shipping charges for the replacement piece have been paid, the new item will be dispatched within our standard delivery timelines.
In the unlikely event that the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued after deducting the initial shipping charges.
Credit notes can be redeemed on the Kanthara website as well as in-store.
Please note:

Size exchanges are only valid for the same product purchased. Exchanges for different prints, styles, or designs are not permitted.

Requests to replace a garment with a different style cannot be accommodated, even if the price is the same.

Size exchanges are not applicable on sale or discounted items, or on customized orders.
REFUND POLICY
At Kanthara, eligible purchases will be addressed through an exchange, and a replacement piece will be provided wherever possible.
In the rare event that a replacement is not available, a credit note will be issued and shared via email to your registered email address or the one used at the time of purchase.
The credit note will be valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the Kanthara website or at our store in Pitampura, Delhi.
NOTE: TERMS & CONDITIONS DURING SALE PERIOD

Delivery Timeline:
Domestic orders will be delivered within 10–12 business days.
International orders will be delivered within 25–30 business days. -
Customization:
No customization requests will be accepted during the sale period. -
Print Variation:
Slight variations in print placement may occur as part of the production process. Such differences are natural and will not be considered as defects. -
No Exchange / Return / Refund:
All items purchased during the sale are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. -
Offers & Credits:
Store credits and coupon codes cannot be applied to sale products.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified.

Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store, and vice versa.

No refunds will be issued if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.

No refunds will be processed in case of three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner or if the order is refused at the time of delivery.

For international orders, refunds will not be applicable if the recipient refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or fails to collect the shipment.

Please ensure the package is received in good condition and has not been tampered with before accepting delivery.

In case of a damaged package, retain the original packaging along with tags, invoices, and labels until our team reviews the issue. Kindly mention “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt while accepting the package from the courier partner.
